Referral and information service

Water Cleanup Advisor provides consumer information and may connect users with providers or referral partners. We are not a restoration contractor, insurer, public adjuster, law firm, or emergency service.

When you submit a contact request, the required consent checkbox covers being contacted by phone or email only. Text-message confirmations are a separate, optional opt-in on the contact form and are never required to submit a request or use the service.

No guarantee

We do not guarantee provider availability, response time, pricing, licensing, insurance participation, coverage, workmanship, or outcomes.

Consumer responsibility

Consumers should verify provider credentials, insurance, scope, price, and contract terms directly before hiring any company.

Emergency conditions

If there is danger, electrical risk, structural risk, sewage exposure, or a medical emergency, contact the appropriate emergency or public-safety authority.
